In this fun and eco-friendly DIY project\, we will be repurposing PVC pipes to build a safe and welcoming space for frogs to seek refuge. By providing a sheltered environment\, we can help protect these important creatures and support their role in maintaining a balanced ecosystem. Let’s get creative and craft a frog hotel together\, making a difference one hop at a time! \n\nChildren to be accompanied by an adult to supervise them.\nBYO POT – 30cm diameter\, no holes\, can be shallow pot.\nPrecut bamboo/piping will be made available.\n\nWhen you’re done feel free to head to our stall next door and get yourself a drink and HBWS Sausage Sizzle prepared by our amazing HBWS volunteers. \nEvent planned and hosted in collaboration with Hervey Bay Botanic Gardens and Orchid Society\, Hervey Bay Botanic Gardens and the Fraser Coast Regional Council.
